Weakness, Diarrhea With Blood After Alcohol Consumption. Normal?

My friend s drink was spiked a few days ago at a university ball event. She disappeared and then walked to her car... vomitted and blacked out and woke up 5 am ( 5 hrs later) distressed and confused as to how she got there.. she only had 3 glasses of wine with a 3 course meal... since then she has been feeling really drained and has had diarrhoea with blood in it... is this normal?

As you mentioned her drink was spiked, blackout seems to be due to that. Regarding bloody diarrhea , She must get her stools examined to rule out infection .
