What Are Effects Of Thick Endometrium Wall?

i had pelvic ultrasound and the result come out my uterus measure 8.1x4.3x5.4 cm and contains abnormal echogenicity representing a fibroid measuring 2.9x2.9x3.0cm. The endometirum is theckend 1.5cm. I'm so worry now. Is this serious?
