What Are The Alternative Tablets For Rebagen (Rebamipide 100mg)?

My grand mom was prescribed with Rebagen (Rebamipide 100mg) for the oral ulcers. The medicine is now not available everywhere. Please help me in finding a alternative medicine for it. Thanks in advance.

It does protect the mucosal surface. But it is not required for oral ulcers and is not a widely used drug.
