What Are The Effects Of Taking Out Nuvaring?

I am on nuvaring and have been for 3 months, i just put another ring in two weeks ago, suddenly im super depressed have no energy am very tired, my boobs have swelled massive and hurt so bad, i just want it out, if i take it out could i be at risks from the days before that i had sex?
