result of my scan; non gravid, non bulky with uniform myometrical echo-pattern with AP Diameter 3.2cm. The endometrical plate is intact. No fibroid/pelvic mass seen. Significant fluid is seen within the pouch of douglas uterine outline is regular and consistent What does this mean pls.

The scan report says the transverse diameter of the uterus is 3.2 cm and normal. The uterus appearance is normal. There is fluid behind the uterus and this can be due to mild infection in your lower abdomen or pelvis.
