May I know what does this result means? Specimen for Gram Stain: Cervicovaginal DC Predominant Microorganism G(-) Bacilli: 4+ Polymorphonuclears/ LPF Many Epithelial Cells/ LPF Moderate Thank you very much and hope you can enlighten me.

You most probably have bacterial vaginosis.but you have not mentioned about the clue cells in report and what type of vaginal discharge you have?please clarify.
