My son (1year 2 months old) is having cold since 2 weeks and I have bought Wikoryl Oral Suspension (Paracetamol 125mg) with me... Is it ok to give him...? If yes, then what should be the dosage and at what frequency?

The dosage is 10 mg per kilogramme of body weight, every 6th hourly.
