What Are The Possible Treatments For Bacterial Vaginosis?

I have been getting continuous bacterial vaginosis for 3 years now, one time the smell was there for 1 yr and 7 months, every month I'm in getting anti biotics, I now have started to get reacurring uti's and kidney infections, my doctor has told me this is sometimes just the way things are but I feel he should be looking into why this is happening as it didn't happen for 37 yrs of my life?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM
Your treatment has to be continued for adequate duration to eliminate the infection totally. Your partner or partners need to be treated to eliminate the source of re-infection.
Diabetes to be under control.
If you are on any immunosuppressive drugs then also it would like to relapse.
