What Are The Possible Treatments For Diarrhea?

last Wednesday I woke up to diarea.. didn't eat a lot that day or night just lots of water..Thursday was the same... Friday I took gastro stop pills which seemed to work so I I didn't need anymore.. dose was 2 tablets initially then 1 when needed.. only took 2... Friday night had a light meal. Saturday seemed to be fine, had breakfast, and a sandwich for lunch. still fine, had bowel movement but was solid.... sat. night had a steak sandwich and few chips, then it started all over again...its sunday and anything ive eaten makes me go. what can I do. sal

plenty of oral fluids like palmogranate juice, water, coconut water. do not take antidiarrhoeal drugs. if it does stop consult a physician
