What Are The Red And Blotchy Skin Rashes On My Legs?

I have skin rashes on both legs..they are not itchy,some are slightly red blochy and pin point ,the chemist gave me medication cream...Dermaid..soft 1% cream and dr.prescribe..Novasone cream 0.1% ..and so far they all been used and I still have the RASH...PLEASE CAN YOU HELP. REGARDS DAVID CHAN

According to your complaints it seems to be either vasculitis or pigmented purpuric dermatoses. I would recommend you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated as it needs work up.
