What Are The Red Pimple Looking Bumps On Diaper Area, Groin And Inner Thigh Of A 2.5 Year Old Child?
My 2 1/2 yr old son has red pimple looking bumps in his diaper area, groin, buttcheek, and inner thigh. At first I noticed one or two that stayed for a few weeks, they didn't bother him so I figured they'd go away on their own. Now there are a couple more, but with whiteheads on them. What are they?

Mostly they are cause of diaper rash .use moisturiser or emolints to get relief.don't use diaper and clean the area with wet wipes every time the baby urinates .
