What Are The Remedies For The Red Rash On My Face?

Hi, I'm 24 years old. For the last two days I have had an itchy red pin prick rash all over my face. It is slowly spreading down my neck and is hot to the touch.

I had something similar about 2 months ago and my doctor said it was viral so did not prescribe anything. I have not changed my diet or any products I use.

I really need something to help calm down this bright red rash that is all over my face and very evident against my pale skin.

How can I get rid of this and what could it be?

Hi,

It may be acute urticaria.

Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment and perfect treatment.

After thorough examination and investigations, he might give treatment.

If there is some cause, treatment may be taken for that.

Antihistaminics like fexofenadine,steroids in tapering dose..etc may be taken.

Calamine lotion may be applied to soothe the skin.
