What Are The Side Effects Of Pramipexole Overdose?
Yes. I have been presribed .25mg of pramipexole and have been taking it as needed for pain/discomfort. If I take it more than 3xday, what harm wiIl I doing?, its use has been the only source of relief from the even/night pain. I also take .75mg of amitriptline daily. YYYY@YYYY

Hi , welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service. I have read your question and here is my advice.
This drug can have a lot of side effects, however if used apropriatley may not cause any harm .its dose if gradually increased can be up to .25 3 times or even more then this, however The point is that it is not a drug to be used for pain control.
