What Are The Side Effects Of Trenaxa Intake?

DEAR DOCTOR , I AM 39 YEARS OLD AND HAVING FIBROIDS IN UTERUS. DURING MY PERIODS I AM HAVING HEAVY FLOW FOR 5-7 DAYS. IN THE MONTH OF APRIL I WAS OPERATED FOR POLIPS. NOW I AM TAKING TRENAXA MF. PLEASE ADVISE ME-

1- IS THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS OF TRENAXA MF?

2- HOW FLOW WILL COME DOWN?

Hi dear.Thanks for writing on HCM.
Side effects with Tranexamic Acid(Trenaxa) are usually not common but may include any of the following- headache, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea.
Since it may cause dizziness do not drive or take part in any activity in which you need to be alert if you feel dizzy.
Trenaxa thickens your blood and there by reduces bleeding.
