What Are The Signs Of Seizure?

my son injured his hand and was afraid the injury was worse than it turned out to be. following the incident he blacked out for a period of abot 10-15 secs. he Is 8 yo and was treated for epilepsy when he was 2-4yo. could this have been a sezure or just trauma reaction?

11. Bleeding from Nose
12. Bleeding from Ears
13. Bleeding from throat
14. Pain

Of which your son has had 1
In addition he already has history of seizures
