Hi there-

Good question. Symptoms/signs of concussion include:
1. Decreased pupil responses.
2. Inreasingly worsening headache
3. More than ONE episode of vomiting
4. Neurological defects (double vision, floaters, slurring speech, etc)

Always go to the ER for more immediate responses or if you are concerned .

cheers.
