What Are The Symptoms Of Anal Fissure?

Hi i'm a 26 year old male. I believe I have an anal fissure. It's been bothering me for about three weeks and finally feels like its getting better. Today I had really bad itching and then a bowel movement where I noticed a lot of mucus came out. My anus is only mildly sore now and isn't bothering me except for immediately after bowel movements. This was the first time I had seen this long strand of mucus in my bowel though. Should I be alarmed?

HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
I appreciate your concern, it may not he anal fissure, because the given symptoms are not correlated with the anal fissure but it seems to be infection and it can be worm infection, if you are suspecting a anal fissures then the only option is to get done the clinical examination, till then no need to be over conscious, even the worm condition also need to be confirmed and for that stool has to be sent for pathological test hope this information helps.
