What Are The Symptoms Of Having Colon Problem?

I am 69 years old, female and have many, many health issues. My doctor has recently asked me to have a colon test. Should I be worried? I thought my kidneys were acting up ~ ~ lower back pain, front abdominal pain, weak urine stream, pain when urinating, frequent urination, and I do have damage to my left kidney due to my diabetes. Would all these symptoms be present do to a colon problem. I m more worried about my kidneys !?!?

Your doctor likely recommended a colonoscopy for screening purposes. Everyone above the age of 50 should get screened for colon cancer.
The colon test does not have any relation to the kidney problem nor with diabetes.
I hope this answers your question, best regards
