sir,i hav a prob.whenever i couldnot sleep in time or half sleeping and tiering or awaiking in night,i face jerks in whole body,specially in hands and brain.i felt down many times in this period,this occur with me 10 min. to half an hour.i m facing this problem for last 10 years.usually doctors say its like epilepsy but they did not cure me.i m not taking ang medicine since 5 years becz i m confused wt should i do

Hi you are having recurrent seizure episodes
precipitated by lack of sleep .
I advise you to do EEG and Mri brain .
Antiepileptics like phenytoin ,valproate should be started and continued with proper compliance.
Advise neurology opinion.
