What Are The Symptoms Of Potential Sciatica?
Hi I have sciatica or that is what I feel from what I read on net where in pain travels down till the end of my leg. I am having it from2 years. I was able to manage this with exercises but I dunno now exercises are not helping me.Please suggest what should I do

It seems that there might be having some problem in your jumbo-sacral region like prolapse disc or degenerative changes in your spines.
Go for x-ray lumbo-sacral region.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
Meanwhile continue with back extension like exercises.
