What Are The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I was wonder could I possibly be pregnant. My period is one week late, I have extreme sore sensitive nipples, full heavy breast, lower back pain, fatigue, nausea, abdominal cramps, and increased vaginal discharge, and frequent bowel movements. I have taken a pregnancy test but have gotten a really faint positive line that you have to really look at to see. What could this be?

Understand your concern
Pregnancy test will give positive result after 10-12 days. Some time pregnancy test also give false negative test. Best confirmation of pregnancy done by USG scan/blood HCG if period will delyed for 10-12 days.
Your symptoms: sore sensitive nipples, full heavy breast, lower back pain, fatigue, nausea, abdominal cramps, and increased vaginal discharge, and frequent bowel movements may be a pregnancy symptoms or pre menstrual symptoms. So best discrimination is done by USG scan, so go for this to diagnose pregnancy.
Faint positive may be due to as you did pregnancy test early.
