What Are The Treatments For Stomach Pain And Fever After Eating Outside Food?

I've had stomach pain for about 28 hours and I have a fever of 99.7. It came on immediately after eating lunch at a Mexican restaurant. Also, I'm under stress as I'm going to put my cat down tomorrow. I'm very sad. I have not thrown up or had diarrhea.

plenty of oral fluids, pamogrante juice freshly made, green tea. if tolerable semisolid food like gunji with buttter milk. no medication is required for mild fever rest
