What Are The Treatments For Swollen Knees And Numbness After Falling Down?

I fell on hands and knees 8 days ago. My knee is still pretty swollen, it never bruised but feels like a bruise when pressing on it. The weirdest and most uncomfortable thing is that it is numb. It feels completely dead when I touch it, unless I press on it.

are you able to walk around?if yes,then nothing much to worry about.it seems you have blood collection(haematoma) in your knee,which is confirmed if you are unable to bend the knee fully.if haematoma is present it needs to be drained.
take ibuprofen and vitamin b12 ,you will be alright .
