What Are The Ways To Attain Good Sleep Which Is Affected By Stress And Is Causing Dizziness?

Due to pressure and stress I'm not having good sleep at night. I'm sleeping for 2 hours later I'm waking up . it takes 2 to 3 hours to sleep again. it causes dizziness in my mind. I'm not able to work actively next day. Can you suggest how to have good sleep at night .

Hi,
Stress is a common reason leading to sleep disturbances. You just need to follow simple tasks for improving your sleep quality. First of all, start exercising in the morning on a daily basis. Fix your sleeping and waking up time and no matter when you sleep, leave the bed at the fixed time. Dont sleep at all during day time. Minimise caffeine intake, atleast avoiding it in second half of the day. Dont use your bed for watching TV, laptops and dont use your mobile while in bed. Try not looking at your watch everytime you are not able to sleep. The most important thing is to defocus yourself from your sleeping problem.
