Hi,
Axillary area is rich in secreatory glands which makes axilla prone for fungal infections due to high moist content. your leision appears to be fungal infection, for this keep axilla clean and dry. put topical antifungal agents for a 3 -4 weeks.consult dermatologist for evaluation and treatment
