What Can I Do Fir Bad Digestion And Gastritis?
For the past few weeks I have dark soft sticky smelly stool and excess abdominal gas. Sometime discomfort on the right side under the rib cages. For long time I have bed digestion gastritis and constipation. I had 2x helico bacter. I am taking probiotic vitamines and pb8 probiotic, flex seeds or hemp seeds and lately enzymes. My usual diet is vegy, fish, salads, melon, papaya,vegy juices prunes figs dates almonds and wine. What can I do to find out what is my problem?
