What Can I Do For Constipation When Bowel Movement Occurs Only Once In Two To Three Days?

Hello sir, Hi sir how are you fine I just want to ask you that I don t I don t do proper motion every day so please suggest me what to do thank you and thanks for your solution waiting and specially in the morning I can t to clean my stomach I need to wait for a long time like 2 to 3 days

Hi welcome to the health care magic

For constipation I will advise to rule out any organic cause if present by USG abdomen investigation

If USG normal then for functional constipation take psyllium husk with milk daily at night before sleeping

Drink lots of water daily

Take fiber rich diet more like whole grain, wheat bran, Apple, spinach, green leafy vegetables etc

Avoid gas forming foods like turnip, cabbage, cauliflower In excess

Avoid sedentary life style and do regular exercise
