What Can Be The Reason For Pain And A Bulge In The Lower Abdomen?

feels pain and a bulge on my left lower abdomen 5 months after hysterectomy especially with deep inspiration, coughing, laughing & sneezing. Pls help I am 50yrs, my height is 1.63m & my weight is 67kg. The indication 4 hysterectomy was grossly enlarged uterus due to fibroids. My name is Adaobi

The bulge looks to be a hernia, what we call as Incisional hernia. In females the hernia can occur just a place away from the incision- it appears to be .
The best way is to get an examination by a Surgeon. Confirm the diagnosis and get operated to get a relief.
