What Can Be The Reason For Pain, Hotness And Discomfort In The Breat?

Over some time I feel this pain, hotness and prickness in my left breast, have gone to the doctor to be examined, everything was fine and over time I examine myself from time to time, no lumps, but pain comes like once in a month. Am confused don t know what s going on.
