What Can Cause Chronic Cough Along With Dizziness And Blurred Vision?

I am 67, male, very active (Land Surveyor), but have chronic cough that causes dizziness, numbness in fingers & hand with blurred vision. I also have allergies: Maple, Oak, Ragweed & Fescue Grass are my top 4. I have shortness of breath. I am cold when in the office with AC set on 75. I fatigue easily especially walking uphill.

Hi,

Weakness and arthritis may common in this age. Dizziness and coughing may be due to upper respiratory tract infection with Eustachian tube block or cough induced syncope.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Blurred vision may be due to cataract or retinal artery obstruction or Glaucoma etc. Hypotension, hypoglycemia or migraine headache also may present like this.

Use tablet Vertin. Avoid AC rooms, use tablet Montelukast and Levocetirizine. Please consult your physician he will for cardiac and respiratory causes for your symptoms and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
