What Can Cause Pain And Itching Around The Base Of The Foot?

I have a stabbing pain in the top my second two on my left foot around the base of the two, I have also noticed that this foot in the same area is itchy on a daily basis. In addition to this I have veins popping out in my left calf muscle as well? Would appreciate any advise

Hi,

The symptoms are suggestive of varicose veins.

You can get an ultrasound Doppler to look for any small varicose veins.

As of now, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen for pain relief.

If symptoms are severe, you can consult a physician and get evaluated.
