What Can Explain Diarrhea, Fever And Rashes After Having A Skin Graft?

Hi my 2 year old son had a skin graft 2 weeks ago after spilling hot tea. He seems to b healing really well but today I noticed a bit of a rash around the outside of the area around his shoulder and hairline. It's not red or in clusters looks more like little spots and I was wondering weather it could just be from the amount of cream and oilatum he have been putting on him causing spots as it's no were else on him. Do u think it's anything I should b worried about. The doctor said to look out for rashes high temperatures sickness and diarrhoea as can be a sign of infection but he has none of the other symptoms and is happy in himself. And most of the scabs are gone now.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe the healing is almost complete, and scabs are almost gone. So the healing process is almost completed.
Now there is no possibility of the allergic reaction etc.
Still i advise you to consult your doctor for clarification, to protect the surgery, and the skin.
Give him all the essentials, and protective foods, to the child.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
