A kind of cyst appeared in the inner side of lower lip of my daughter (age-7). It has been seen since 15 days. Initially it was a small round, now it is swollen round, length is 0.4 cm. It is very soft, no pain at all. What can I do?

Hi,

Welcome to HCM.

Cyst on the inside of the lip, usually will resolve of it's own and will not require any treatment.
If it persists for more than 2 weeks or becomes painful you need to consult a dental surgeon to examine it and treat it if necessary.
Dental caries also needs to be excluded. Get her to wash her mouth regularly with a good mouth wash such as LISTERINE, which is available in all medical shops.

Wishing your daughter all the best.

hi bipul,
looks like a traumatic cyst, either wait for 10 - 14 days to resolve on its own, if doesn't then consult An ENT surgeon for excision
