What Can The White Mass That Came Out While Passing Urine In A Pregnant Woman?

Hi, I'm 26 weeks pregnant and when I went for a BM tonight I passed a white chunk with my urine, it was about the size of a quarter and was definitely only white. Should I worry. There was nothing when I wiped, only the chunk in the toilet that came out.

Hi,
White chunks in urine need to be analyzed as they are definitely not normal; of course, clinical correlation is essential to come to a definite conclusion. The observation could also be from the vagina as white discharge can appear like that if retained for a longer time. Please do mention to your consultant as you go for your next visit and in the meanwhile, observe for any abnormal discharge, symptoms of urinary infection, fetal movements, any tightening or back ache and get help if needed. Wish you safe motherhood.
