What Cause Bad Pain After Sex Relation?

I am on implanon but had sex 5 weeks ago. I had my period 4 days after for two days and then again 5 weeks later with really bad pains, worse then I have had before. I need help to know whats going on. I have been feeling a little nauseous and dizzy, I ahve been tired a lot too. Any help is very much appreciated.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
You have not clearly mentioned when the pain is experienced- during menstrual cycles, after sex or in between periods.
Pain during menstrual cycles is due to dysmenorrhea and it can be controlled by taking anti-inflammatory drugs.
Pain after sex indicates pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), cervical lesion etc.
Pain in between cycles can be mid-cycle pain due to ovulation.
