Hi There, I ve been diagnosed with ureaplasma, I m currently taking doxycline, I holiday in asia over a year ago. I had sex with a girl, using a condom. The condom broke and I was in there only for a few seconds, before I pulled out and put a new condom on. After I returned home I had al sorts of problem with my penis. Had all tests none and there negative. I picked up diarehea and my anus was stinging and burning while a passed stools

I really appreciate your concern, the given history and symptoms could be suggestive of infection but it may not be due to the coitus but it seems to be intestinal infection and for I would suggest to have Tab Ofloxacine 400 mg with Tinidazole 700 mg once in day for 3 days, else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
