What Cause Of Sperm Comes Out Without Masturbate ?
hi doc i am 16 yrs old and i never do hand job but due to sexy dreams my sperm comes out and when i goes to toilet my sperm comes out. when i think about sexy girls talk about sex then my sperm comes out this is from 2 yrs.when i watch hot wallpapers, adult movies then it comes but this does not happen to my freinds. how could i stop this? my height is 5 5 and weight is 45kg. my sperm comes out daily 2 times and this made me very weak . how could i stop this and become strong again.

Dont think too much.
start regular exercise. Drink milk.
Take sleep enough.
