What Cause Stomach Pain And Frequent Bowel Movement?
Hello, hopefully you can answer this question for me, my boyfriend left my house this morning saying his stomach hurt and felt really wierd, he had been to the bathroom twice within 20 minutes, having two bowel movements. He said he is also breaking out into sweats and having hot flashes. He's 29 years old. What could possibly be going on with him?
Noted the history and understood your concerns. Loose motions, hot flushes, and sweating indicate severe intestinal infection. I would advise your boyfriend the following: • Consult his doctor or go to ER for clinical evaluation and examination. • Get investigated by tests of stool and blood. • Boiled and cooled water in good quantity. • Homemade fresh food only. • Get a course of an antibiotic and Metronidazole along with activated charcoal, pre and probiotics, he will be fine. • Also, get symptomatic treatment for electrolyte balance and any other symptoms that may develop.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. T Chandrakant
