What Cause Swelling Sometimes On Lower Left Jaw?

Hi, My son just enteren his 7 month, and has a swelling sometimes on his lower left jaw, It does not be visible at all times, What could be the problem, i was not satisfied with the doctor had to say that it was normal muscle pain, and it will be fine, your help will be highly appreciated

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query. the swelling in the lower jaw could be a cellulitis secondary to tooth infection. consult a oral physician and get a radiograph done in relation to the affected site to rule out tooth infection. if it is because of the tooth infection then it can treated with antibiotics followed by restoration or extraction of the tooth. i hope my answer will help you. take care
