What Caused My Daughter To Have Bloody Nose?

My daughter gets bloody nose but today she had a bloody nose that lasted over 30 minutes. During the bloody nose she was spitting out very large blood clots. She has blood clots that she blows out of her nose and sometimes her mouth but these were huge. She I be worried?

Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Bleeding from nose for the last 30 minutes specially if the bleeding is heavy,is a matter of serious concern.
It needs packing of the nose to stop bleeding immediately.
If the bleeding is really huge, she may need blood transfusion.
Better consult ENT specialist.
