I was in my car today and I leaned sideways to the right and stretched out my hands to get my glasses when I heard a loud POP sound and felt something pull on my left upper quadrant right below the left rib cage. I can palpate a bulge and if i bend over a certain way I can feel the bulge get hard and then it relaxes. Is that a hernia?
