What Causes A Ridge On The Eyebrow Of A Child After A Fall?

Hello. Iam concerned about my 3 year old son. Two weeks and two days ago, he fell off his bed (really hard fall) and had a huge bump and bruise at his eyebrow. His behavior was totally fine, and his energy and everything else is normal. No vomiting or loss of consciousness or anything. But it was bruised up until recently. So today I touched where the bruise was and I feel a ridge, as though he fractured his skull. Should I be concerned since it happened 2 weeks ago and his behavior is totally fine?

Hi,
From history it seems that as there were no cerebral signs and symptoms immediately and till today, there is less likely of having any fracture of skull. It is likely that this might be due to hematoma formed and now a bit encapsulated.
Nothing to worry, apply ice pack 2-3 times a day for few days.
Ok and take care.
