What Causes A Sore Stomach And Back?

My daughter is seven years old and she first had a very sore head and throat on Friday lunchtime and then she had a sore tummy the next day and her temperature got up to 39.1. A couple of days after that a persistent cough started followed by a runny nose. She still complains of a sore tummy and sore back. What does this sound like?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this is the clear indication of viral infection and such viral infection very common among the children, no need to worry about this, and her symptoms can be managed with Acetaminophen alone, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
