i was doing a stretch where my left hand was on my thigh and my right hand was in the air and I'm leaning left. i got a spasm in my left side so i
stood straight up and when i did the left lower side of my belly button started hurting.Could this be a hernia or just a pulled stomach muscle?

Probably, it is strain of stomach muscles. Take Rest for few days, apply ice, use compression,
and use painkillers. Don’t worry, you will recover soon.
