What Causes Abdominal Pain And Abnormal Menstrual Bleeding When Suffering From UTI?

Hi, I have been having severe UTI symptoms for the past 7 months- have been to the hospital, doctor, and naturopath and have been on several prescriptions and natural medications for it- I now experience abdominal pain and it is increasingly worse during my period- my period right now (started yesterday) is much heavier than normal, it is thin and bright with an orange tinge to it (usually my period is thicker and dark but light flow) and I am having small (nail size) dark clots that are tissue-like feeling. I'm way more exhausted than usual. Should I be concerned?
