What Causes Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea?

I have had diarrhea for almost 2 months and at times it is just clear and watery, also every once in a while ill get really sharp pains in my left side that last for about 10 to 20 minutes my PCP did stool tests and they all came back negative. Any suggestions?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, I had gone through the history given here and I could say that it seems to be chronic intestinal infection chronic infection always have mix type of infection like bacteria and protozoa.
Ideally chronic condition needs to be investigated properly it can not be treatment on tentative basis or like that only, so I would suggest to get done the culture sensitivity of stool, ultrasonography and the most important is colonoscopy.
Let me inform you that the passing of stool three to four time in day is normal condition and it is not the disease.
