General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms of your girlfriend seem to be related to constipation.

I recommend her to use over the counter laxative option such as Dulcolax.

I recommend her to use fiber supplements and daily probiotics.

I suggest her to drink liquids and eat a fiber rich diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
