What Causes Allergy To Spicy Food?

Hi Doctor I fear in eating spicy food and always request them to remove before putting the chilies or chillee powder
and if and when i eat i get burning and sometime loose motions normally i get lose motions and then i take a immodium and it stops and i am a diabetic for almost more than 25 years and is on insulin twice daily besides insulin i take five other tablets everyday yes with insulin i think my diabeste does not rise but its likely to go down and i feel it and immediately check and eat something to make me feel better. Is there a remedy for my acidity and gas etc. My diabetologist has advised to take Pan40 daily for one two months but i avoid taking daily what do i do to solve this problem

I really appreciate your concern, It is better to avoid the chili in diet because it may cause the more burning sensation if you are already having hyperacidity, for the acid peptic disease PPI is the way to treat and the best drug of choice is Omeprazole 40 mg once in day but it has to be taken for three to four weeks, try to eat more alkali food, stay away from the stress, better to avoid taking Immodium because it may cause the paralytic ilium, hope this information helps.
