What Causes Anal Fissure?
I am RK Sharma from India. I am suffering from a problem......I have a small projection near my anal opening n its painful since 1 week. No anal bleeding or lesion during defecation. Sir can u suggest me which department i have 2 consult n what the solution 4 this problem.Is this a serious disease?

I really appreciate your concern, it is better to see the GP first just to rule out the plies or it may be prolapse of rectum in either of this case surgeon (General) could handle this but just for the conservative management and provisional diagnosis you can see the GP hope this information helps.
