Hi thanks for contacting HCM... As gastritis is type of inflammation it can lead pain and fever... How you diagnosed antral gastritis ??? USG or endoscopy had done for it ??? The common cause for antral gastritis has to be ruled out that is h.pylori .... Urea breath test helpful for it.... If positive omeprazole plus clarithromycine and ampicillin needed.... If h.pylori negative then omeprazole and antibiotic given for few days. Meanwhile excess spicy food avoided. Smoking , alcohol , sour fruit avoided... Drink more water.... Green leafy veg more. If still condition not improved endoscopy done with biopsy to rule out viral infection , non specific gastritis , crohns disease etc .... Blueberries rich in antioxidant ..so good to take.... Kiwi loaded with vitamin c , vitamin E , actinidin , magnesium etc ...so good fit healthy digestion.. Take care. Consult gastroenterologist for your case. Dr.Parth
